Brickhouse Classes

Not only will you tone and define, but you’ll also boost lower body power and stability. Get ready to feel the burn and see the results!

  • This is the perfect class for people that enjoy the group class experience but don't want to lose the value, attention to detail and accountability that you benefit from personal training. Get ready to lift, build a strong, fit body and mind.

    This class is offered in three formats: Full Body, Upper Focus, and Lower Focus, depending on the day.

    Our Learn to Lift class is the perfect entry point for anyone new to weightlifting, strength training, or gym environments. This class is designed to take the guesswork and intimidation out of the gym, providing you with a safe, supportive, and educational foundation to build real strength.

    You'll learn proper form, master the basics, and gain confidence for all of your future workouts. We can't wait for you to get started with us!

  • This class is perfect for those who love the energy of a group setting but still want the personalized attention, accountability, and focus on form that come with personal training. Expect to lift, strengthen, and build both a powerful body and resilient mind in a supportive and motivating environment.

  • Sculpt and strengthen your glutes and arms in this dynamic, instructor-led Buns & Guns Pilates class. This 50-minute session combines targeted, low-impact movements to build lower body power and upper body definition while engaging your core for stability. Expect a challenging yet fun workout that leaves you feeling strong, toned, and empowered!

  • This isn’t your mom’s classic pilates class! "Not Your Moms Pilates" delivers a fresh, dynamic take on traditional movements, blending strength, stability, and mobility for a full-body burn. With hands-on corrections and personalized modifications, the instructor ensures a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels. Expect a challenging, engaging, and results-driven session that redefines what Pilates can do for you!

  • Strengthen, tone, and sculpt with this dynamic, instructor-led class. Using body weight and Bala Branded Weights (up to 15 lbs), you'll flow through low-impact, core-focused movements that enhance strength, stability, and alignment. Perfect for all levels, this workout leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered!
