Personal training sessions

Our trainers offer in person training sessions at our studio, virtual private training sessions and private concierge sessions that can be held in the privacy of your home. Our hard working culture with a positive environment keeps our clients reaching goals each and every day. Schedule your consultation to check out our InBody composition scan that precisely tracks fat loss and muscle gain.

Session types we offer are:

  • Have specific goals? Work 1-on-1 with a trainer in a Private session (1 person)
  • Want to get sweaty with a friend? Work together in a Semi Private session ( 2-3 people)
  • Corporate health and wellness? We got you with Corporate training/Group Training! (4-12 people)
