Our yoga classes will empower you with joy and clarity through movement and breath.
Vinyasa
Build strength, restore flexibility and de-stress body and mind with classes suited to yogis of all levels. This class is designed to elevate your practice through guided instruction. This class begins slowly, linking breath to movement. Intensity will build gently, through Sun Salutations, preparing the body to move, stretch, and flow. Once we have built heat, intensity with climb with a creative sequence that focuses on foundational strength building postures and transitions. A second creative sequence will take us through a deep stretch, leading us towards Savasana, light massage, and aromatherapy.
VinYin
This is a great practice for new yoga practitioners to learn and master foundational postures. The class is the perfect blend of flowing movement, mobility, and restorative, (long held/static) postures. This class is soft, gentle, and restorative. Class ends with Savasana, light massage, and aromatherapy.
Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is the most challenging class, creating more of a cardiovascular effect. This class will encourage growth and grit through strength and endurance building postures, core work, complex transitions, and options for arm balancing. This class will end with a shorter deep stretch sequence, Savasana, light massage, and aromatherapy.
